• All of our online ticket purchase and donation pages are protected with state-of-the-art 128-bit encryption using security certificates provided by Comodo, a well known certificate provider. Rest assured that your secure purchases and donations reach us without interference.
  
  
• Our staff is well trained to treat your information as strictly confidential. We do not share our patron information with third parties.
  
  
• All of your personally identifying information is kept under password protection using industry standard systems with single user authorized access that is regularly reviewed and upgraded as needed to maintain its integrity.

BUYING TICKETS:
Whether you subscribe to our season or purchase single tickets, certain personally identifiable information is needed to complete your transaction:

• A phone number is required so that we can contact you on the day of a performance in the very rare instance that an illness or act of god necessitates that we change our performance schedule. For this reason, please provide either a cell phone or local phone number. A phone number is also required in case we are unable to process your purchase information and have to contact you.
  
  
• An email address is required for online ticket orders and, while not required for mail or phone orders, is highly recommended as we are semi-automating our box office to serve you better and email is the preferred method to send you a purchase confirmation.

Other information may be asked during the purchase process to make your experience at Stageworks as enjoyable as possible. Please rest assured that any personally identifiable information we gather is kept in the strictest confidence.
